I have handled atleast 1 post report about angrypenguin about spam. I believe a fair judgement is a minus 1 rep point for each spam post and a loss of according amount of gwinx money gained from possible spamming. And lastly a warning about it. Continuation of said spam as such should entail harsher penalties if proven spam continues.
